1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Return Process:

Prior to returning any item, please contact our customer service team at info@spreepicky.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package to expedite the processing of your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

4. Exchange Policy:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

5. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

Intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear, lingerie) unless unopened in original packaging.

Items marked as final sale.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. International Returns:

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes associated with the return.

Tayin reserves the right to refuse returns or impose additional fees if the returned items do not meet our return policy guidelines.
